The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a few days' stay. The location is convenient, with a tram and bus station just a 5-minute walk away, providing good connections to the main train station and city center. There is also a well-stocked supermarket nearby. The automatic check-in process is easy to use.

I felt very lucky to have found this apartment, as everything was well-equipped and nothing was too much trouble.

Awesome location near a lovely park, Zurich, everything brand-new. Location near the station. I went to nearby Restaurant Stoller to relax and have a drink. I loved the room with kitchen, fan, washing machine.

the location was perfect for getting around, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. the highlight of my stay was the fantastic cleaning ladies. They were professional, dedicated, and made sure the apartment was spotless and beautifully presented.

Their hospitality and excellent customer care were truly appreciated. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

1. close to city center about 15-20min to walk from main train station 2. the room is very clean and with fully equipped kitchen(micro-oven,water cooker,pans,glass-ware,plates,refrige and so on) 3. There is a washing machine in the toilet,very practical for budget travellers. 4. The bed is very comfortable to sleep with and a small sofa, dinning table behind the bed are good to sit down to have a cup of coffee or tea or to enjoy the big TV broadcasting programm. 5. The balcony is a bit small but very cute nice to have a wonderful outside view 6.check-in,you must do it yourself!put last 5 booking code from Booked.net in the digital room-key box at the left side of main door, then the machine will send room key out! very technical experience lol great! safe and very effiecient! 7.the price is also very low but really high quanlity standard, it is real appartment service like a cosy home to live in;-)

I recently stayed at the Swiss Star Apartments for a weekend getaway in Zurich. The location was perfect, with easy access to tram and bus lines, making it convenient to explore the city center and Hauptbahnhof. The apartments themselves were clean, functional, and had everything we needed. It was great value for money, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Comfortable room with fully equipped kitchen, flat TV, WF internet and even laundry machine

1. There is nobody on the site. You have guess by yourself to find in the regular inner courtyard on regular staircase door small paper with name of "Swiss Star" and mobile phone number. You should to call that number and some body will explain that there is some automatic box with numbers buttons. You have press four last digits of your reservation number and key from the room with room number will fell down from this automat. I almost lost hope to find the hotel and was ready go away, when by miracle meet some guest of this place and he save me. 2. Main noisy street under window. You can not sleep with open windows because the noise and you cannot sleep with close windows because there is no conditioning in the room.

I was overcharged compared to my online booking and will need that fixed. The apartment balcony good was broken and did not open properly. Two towels for two days is too few.

I chose Apartments for its proximity to Stadion Letzigrund, which I really wanted to visit. But I was pleasantly surprised by the express check-in feature. It made the whole process quick and hassle-free. Plus, I loved having a fully equipped kitchen where I could enjoy a delicious dinner.

No room cleaning/bed making.

The apartment was clean luminous; hear dryer, shampoo and soap were provided. The location was very convenient, as there were trams nearby to reach the city center and train station.

Easy in easy out, we had a discounted 2 weeks at an affordable price. So price was resonable.
